SUMMARY My Name is Seun Ayinla and I am a creative and
analytical nerd. I think greatly outside the box and I love nothing more than
creative and efficient solutions to telecom problems. I found a great joy in
it. Collecting RF data, analyze the data and making optimization decisions to
me is not even a profession anymore but I could see as my way of life. Within
my 3 years experience in Telecom and total 8 years experience in IT, I have
been exposed to several RF tools like XCAP, XCAP, Wind catcher, JDSU, NEMO,
QXDM, QPST, Google Earth, Microsoft Street and Trips, TEMS, etc. What makes
me a better Drive Test/RF Engineer is my great IT background. I had Bachelors
and Masters in Computer Science. In my 6 years in school, I was well exposed
to Linux, Database, programming and networking. So, I can analyze telecom
issues better than 70% of people doing same job. Throughout my years of employment in Telecom, I
have performed everything from data collection to problems analysis to
training drive testers. I have worked with Nexgen wireless (now PCTEL), PCTEL
and Teleworld Solutions. I was part of the team that handled Samsung Sprint
NV project in Colorado and Samsung Spring 2.5LTE deployment project. I can
handle e911, Clustered Drives, Baseline Drives Stationary Acceptance Test
Procedure test, mobile Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) test and analyze my
data to see if they meet requirements. I am a skilled communicator, adaptable,
self-motivated with high energy. I do not stop until the problem is solved. I
have ability to understand needs and translate them into technical objectives
and values. I love team and I do not break process chain. I am a team player with
the talent to work effectively under pressure, easy to get along with,
willing to learn and readily adaptable to progressive changes. I always out-smart my job descriptions. Making my
job a way of life has always helped to achieve that. CAREER EXPERIENCE Teleworld Solutions
